County’s New Dental Discount Plan Helps Residents Save Money on Dental Costs
Poughkeepsie… Dutchess County Executive William R. Steinhaus has announced a new program to help county residents save money on dental care. The new Dutchess County Dental Discount Program is comprehensive dental discount program offered to county residents at special reduced enrollment rates. Dutchess County Government is offering this program in partnership with the National Association of Counties (NACo). The program is administered by Careington International Corporation.
“Our Dutchess County Dental Discount Program is designed to help county residents save money on their dental expenses” said County Executive Steinhaus. “Residents who participate in the program can save up to 50% on many dental procedures. This is a great way to help people save money, particularly during these tough economic times. ”
When residents enroll in the Dutchess County Dental Discount Program, they will be able to take advantage of savings from 5-50% on dental procedures including routine oral exams, cleanings, dentures, root canals, crowns and more. Residents will have access to more than 50 dentists, orthodontists and dental specialty practices throughout Dutchess County. Additionally, program membership provides access to more than 78,000 network participating dentists nationwide.
The cost of the Dutchess County Dental Discount Program is $59.00 annually for an individual and $69.00 annually for a family. This can also be paid on a monthly basis of $6.95 a month for an individual and $8.95 a month for a family. All county residents, regardless of age or income, can sign up for the discount card, which is accepted at over 50 dental practices county-wide. The Dutchess County Dental Discount Plan is not an insurance plan.
