Dutchess County Office of Central and Information Services - Central Services Division

Poughkeepsie…Dutchess County Government, in partnership with the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce (DCRCOC) and the New York State Small Business Development Center, will host the “Small Business Procurement Forum” this Friday, September 20th from 12pm to 2pm at the DCRCOC Office at 1 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 400 in Poughkeepsie as part of the ongoing “Doing Business with Government” series.

The forum is an opportunity for local businesses to learn how to access and navigate the BidNet system and best match their products and services with specific government bidding opportunities. BidNet is the online bid notification and submission portal used by Dutchess County Government and local and county governments across New York State.

This will be a hands-on workshop where businesses can register on BidNet and immediately get started learning about the bidding opportunities currently available. Representatives from the Dutchess County Division of Central Services will be available to explain Dutchess County’s procurement process and guide businesses through the BidNet registration process.
