Learn, Play, Create: Supporting Our Kids Grant Program
The Learn, Play, Create (LPC): Supporting Our Kids Grant Program was a grant program created in 2021 to address the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency on youth. The program provided funding opportunities to non-profit organizations serving Dutchess County youth that promote learning, art enrichment, and sports activities. The intent of the program was to enhance and empower opportunities for children to learn, play, and create, while filling an educational, social, and/or emotional void as a result of the quarantine and stay-at-home orders necessitated by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
