To help us better serve you, please use our automated response system, called Your Dutchess Direct, to contact a Dutchess County Government Department. A brief one-time registration which includes your response to a registration confirmation email is required prior to using the system.

The County will process these requests during normal working hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm). Requests received outside of these hours or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
