Poughkeepsie... Dutchess County Executive William R. Steinhaus will deliver his annual State of the County address Wednesday, January 18th. The address will offer insight and information on many areas of concern and interest to the community including County Finances; Community and Economic Development; Health, Human and Physical Services; Public Safety Initiatives; and Physical Amenities – all factors in creating and maintaining a Healthy Dutchess.

“I will take this opportunity to update county residents on recent county government activities and some new and enhanced plans we have in store for 2006,” said the County Executive. “I will talk about how county government can and does provide programs, services and amenities to our residents for Healthy Dutchess living.”
