Poughkeepsie… Dutchess County Department of Public Works has provided the following updated status on county roadways:

• Turkey Hill Road (CR 56) in the vicinity of 660 Turkey Hill Road just west of Odak Farm Road in the Town of Milan has been RE-OPENED TO TRAFFIC.
  
  Final paving, pavement striping and guide rail work will be completed over the next three weeks, weather permitting.

With the reopening of Turkey Hill Road (CR 56), all county roadways that had been closed due damage from Tropical Storm Irene have all been reopened to traffic.
