Join us for the 2026 Hudson Valley Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit, co-hosted by Dutchess County Government and Marist University. This free opportunity, held on the campus of Marist University in Poughkeepsie, NY, will build on last year’s event and focus on turning conversation into action and integrating ethics into practical AI solutions.

Thank you for registering to attend the 2026 Hudson Valley Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit. Please read the following information regarding parking and check-in on the day of the event. We look forward to seeing you!
The event will be held at the Murray Student Center on the Marist University campus in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Event parking will be located at the Mid-Hudson Plaza Parking Lot (3440-3470 North Road [aka Route 9]). Event signage will be posted, and a Marist Security officer will be on-site to assist with directions and questions. Continuous shuttle service will be provided from the parking area to campus throughout the morning. If the weather is nice and you would like to walk from the parking area to the Murray Student Center, a pedestrian tunnel provides safe passage under Route 9.
Attendees who use wheelchairs or other devices to assist with mobility will be permitted to park on campus in the Donnelly Parking Lot.
Check-in for the event will begin at 7:45 a.m. on April 9, 2026.
Your registration confirmation email contains a link to view your ticket(s) for the event. To make check-in as fast and efficient as possible, please use your smartphone to display your tickets and have them ready to be scanned by our volunteers at check-in. You may also print the ticket with the QR code to be scanned at check-in.
If you are unable to display or print your tickets, a separate table will be available for volunteers to locate your name on a registration list.
