The purpose of this program is to upgrade existing owner-occupied housing within Dutchess County, by providing assistance to low and moderate-income senior citizen households to complete rehabilitation on properties with code violations.
Focus of the program is repairsto “major systems” such as roofs, furnaces, decks/porches, structural problems, electrical, and plumbing.
