Fall Archery Series Returns to Bowdoin Park

Poughkeepsie…The Dutchess County Parks Division will once again be offering weekend archery sessions at Bowdoin Park throughout the fall season. Beginning next Saturday, September 23rd and continuing into December, adults and children ages 8 and up will have the opportunity to review and practice their archery skills. The sessions are designed for children and adults with any level of archery experience. Space is limited, registration is required.

The program consists of five classes, each an hour long.  The first session will cover basic archery safety and skills for new participants. The majority of the sessions will be spent practicing with the bows, allowing participants to learn through experience. The cost for the program is $50 per person which includes all five classes. Equipment will be provided at no additional charge. Sessions will be held in the auditorium at Bowdoin Park.

Time Slots for all sessions:
10:00-11:00am
11:30am-12:30pm
2:00-3:00pm
3:30-4:30pm
