Every year, Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino celebrates local teachers who go above and beyond both inside and outside of the classroom. Students who attend school within Dutchess County are encouraged to nominate a teacher who they feel has made a difference in their life and has created a welcoming and positive learning environment.
