Poughkeepsie ... The Dutchess County Transportation Council (DCTC) will hold an Open House on March 3, 2020 from 4:30-7 p.m. at Gallery 40 (40 Cannon Street, Poughkeepsie), where the public can stop by at any time to learn about the Poughkeepsie 9.44.55 project team’s findings regarding traffic and safety conditions at the Route 9 interchange and 44/55 arterials in Poughkeepsie. Attendees can discuss with team members their experiences with these facilities and priorities for the future. Please see the Open House Flyer for more information.

Feedback gathered from the Open House will help inform the project team’s design considerations and priorities as they move forward with potential solutions for these regionally significant facilities. More information about the DCTC and Poughkeepsie 9.44.55 is available at poughkeepsie94455.com

This initiative is a cooperative effort of the Dutchess County Transportation Council, New York State Department of Transportation, Dutchess County, and the City and Town of Poughkeepsie. Funding for Poughkeepsie 9.44.55 comes from the Federal Highway and Transit Administration through the DCTC’s planning program.
