Important Meeting Notice - May 11, 2020

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.1, as extended by Executive Orders 202.14 and 202.28, issued by Governor Cuomo, and due to the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 virus, the Dutchess County Legislature will conduct the May 11, 2020, Board Meeting via videoconferencing.

The public is not permitted to attend this meeting in person.  

• Public comment will be accepted by email on agenda and non-agenda items up until 6:30 p.m. on May 11, 2020 to countylegislature@dutchessny.gov.
• Resolutions can be reviewed at the following link
• The Board meeting will be livestreamed at the following link.

Any member of the public who has questions regarding this process should contact the Clerk of the Legislature at countylegislature@dutchessny.gov.

• The May 11, 2020, Board Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.  The Chair and the Clerk will be present in the Legislative Chambers.  All other members of Dutchess County Legislature will attend the meeting remotely.  
• Pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.1, as extended by Executive Order 202.14, this meeting will be recorded and transcribed. 
• As of May 3, 2020, Executive Order 202.1, as extended by Executive Order 202.14, expires on May 7, 2020, but further extension is anticipated.
