To ease the process of accessing Dutchess County Legislature’s Local Laws, Charter, and Administrative Code the Clerk’s office in conjunction with the County Attorney’s office codified its laws. The process of codification combines all amendments to Local Laws, Charter, and Administrative Code into one document, comprehensively indexed for quick and easy reference.
