Food services that operate at the Dutchess County Fairground are required to obtain a permit through The Department of Behavioral & Community Health (DBCH).
If you have a mobile food service unit and you do not hold a temporary food permit from The DBCH, you must obtain either a mobile food unit permit or a temporary food service permit.
