The mission of this Board is to be concerned with the security of life and health of the people of the Dutchess County Health District as encompassed in the Public Health Law, the Sanitary Code of the State of New York, the Sanitary Code of the County of Dutchess, and of the charter and Administrative Code of the Dutchess County Government, Article VII.
All Board of Health meetings are held at 4:00pm. Meetings are usually one hour, unless there is a large agenda.
