Adult Immunizations

Recommended vaccines for adults, including Flu and Pneumonia. By appointment Only.

Childhood Immunizations

Children 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Call to verify immunization record prior to making an appointment. By appointment Only.


Flu & Pneumonia Immunization Clinic 

Flu and Pneumonia immunization is available at our Adult Immunization clinic on Monday.  To schedule an appointment or find out more, call 845-486-3535 or email.

International Travel Immunization

Recommended vaccines for adults and children planning international travel. By appointment Only.

Tuberculosis

Testing, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis for uninsured persons. Persons less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Walk-In Mondays (9:30am-12pm /1:30-4pm). Return on Thursdays for test results.

Communicable Disease Screening including  Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI)

Confidential testing, diagnosis, and treatment of STIs. Walk-In available on Tuesday 9:30am-12pm/Thurs 9:30am-11:30am, 1:30-3:30pm. Partner Services Program is also available to persons living with HIV/AIDS who want to inform partners of possible exposure to HIV, and to health care provider servicing HIV positive patients.

HIV Program

Anonymous and confidential HIV testing. By appointment on Mondays (9:30am-12pm & 1:30-4pm); Walk-Ins based on availability.

Breastfeeding Support & Education Center

Offers breastfeeding assistance, support, and education services by trained lactation staff. Individual appointments and classes are available by calling Monday-Friaday 9am-5pm. Call (845) 486-3419.

 

 

 

Rabies Programs

Rabies Post Exposure Program
