Our Empowerment Center is an accessible center where adults at any stage of their substance use or mental health recovery can get support from Recovery Coaches and their peers.

The Center is intentionally non-clinical and non-traditional, allowing rapid, person-centered responsiveness, without barriers like paperwork or insurance requirements.

We offer an empathic and knowledgeable approach to helping those who need it.

At the Empowerment Center, everyone belongs.

The Empowerment Center is located at Department of Behavioral & Community Health's Campus at 230 North Road in Poughkeepsie (Use Entrance 1) (Directions).

Operational hours are Monday- Friday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
