To determine your eligibility for the JYNNEOS vaccination, please answer the following:
Have you had exposure to a suspected or confirmed monkeypox case within the past 14 days?
In the past 14 days, have you engaged in intimate or skin-to-skin contact with individuals at high risk of a recent exposure to monkeypox, including communities of men who have sex with men (MSM)?
Have you had skin-to-skin contact with someone in a social network experiencing monkeypox activity, including men who have sex with men (MSM) who meet partners through an online website, digital application ("app"), or social event, such as a bar or party?
Have you been diagnosed with monkeypox since the start of this outbreak in the United States (May 17, 2022)?
Have you been diagnosed with monkeypox between dose one and dose two of the JYNNEOS vaccine?
Are you immunocompromised?
