Poughkeepsie… With the swimming and water recreation season underway, Dutchess County residents are reminded that Drowning Prevention Seminars are being offered this month at various locations and times at no cost.
These presentations offer guidance for supervising swimmers, how to identify swimmers in distress, an informative video on drowning victim recognition and a time to discuss lifeguard duties and responsibilities as they relate to DBCH regulations. The following classes are being offered:
