Our department has received numerous requests for guidance on addressing housing affordability at the local level. In response, we developed the Affordable Housing Strategy Series to support Dutchess County municipalities in navigating this complex and evolving issue.
Recognizing that each community has unique needs and priorities, these strategies are designed to be flexible and adaptable to local conditions.
