The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Isaiah Walker, age 38 of Yonkers NY, in connection with a recent investigation by both the Law Enforcement and Corrections Divisions. Mr. Walker was incarcerated at the Dutchess County Jail at the time of both the incident and the arrest.
Mr. Walker was arrested on 11/21/23 and is accused of violating an Order of Protection by communicating with a protected party via phone calls. Mr. Walker has been charged with aggravated family offense (felony) and criminal contempt 2nd degree (misd), and after being processed was arraigned before the City of Poughkeepsie Court on 11/22/23.
As with any criminal case, the charges described above are merely accusations, and Mr. Walker is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
