The Dutchess County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of Gregory Jackson from the Town of Poughkeepsie, age 50, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree with intent to sell.
On 08/18/23 members of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force and the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant at Mr. Jackson’s residence located on Jackman Drive in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Drug Task Force agents took Mr. Jackson into custody and seized a quantity of narcotics.
This is the second time the Drug Task Force has arrested Mr. Jackson since June of this year related to the sale of narcotics in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Mr. Jackson allegedly sold narcotics in the Town of Poughkeepsie while the case from his arrest in June was still pending against him, and while he was being monitored by Dutchess County Probation. The Drug Task Force was assisted by the Town of Poughkeepsie Detective Bureau.
