Drug Task Force - Corlies Manor Narcotics Arrest and Raid

Felicia L. GriffinThe Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force has arrested a City of Poughkeepsie woman following a targeted investigation into narcotics and dangerous drug sales within the Corlies Manor housing complex and surrounding area.

The investigation began after the Drug Task Force received intelligence about suspected drug activity in the area. Agents subsequently conducted a series of controlled purchases of narcotics from Felicia L. Griffin, age 44, in and around Corlies Manor.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, Drug Task Force Agents secured a search warrant for Griffin’s residence. On June 18, 2025, Agents located Griffin on Mansion Street in the City of Poughkeepsie and arrested her without incident. Simultaneously, Drug Task Force Agents, assisted by members of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol, executed a search warrant at a residence on Muldowney Circle in the Corlies Manor complex.

During the arrest and execution of the warrant, Agents seized multiple packages of cocaine packaged for distribution, as well as digital scales and packaging materials consistent with narcotics sales.

Griffin was transported to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office for processing and was charged with the following offenses:

(1) Count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree intent to sell, a class B Felony.

(1) Count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, a class B Felony. 
Griffin was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and released to the supervision of Probation as required by NYS law. 

The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force remains committed to disrupting the sale of dangerous drugs in our communities and holding accountable those who profit from this activity. The Drug Task Force continues to work to prevent violent crime in our communities by aggressively and rapidly investigating dangerous drug and narcotic dealers.  The Drug Task Force was assisted by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Bureau during this investigation.

As with any criminal case, the charges described above are merely an accusation and those individuals named in this release are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
