Drug Task Force Agents identified Christian Blades, age 31, as a narcotic and dangerous drug dealer operating in various locations within the City of Poughkeepsie. Drug Task Force Agents conducted numerous narcotic (fentanyl) transactions with Mr. Blades throughout this investigation.
On 10/24/24 shortly after 12:00 pm Drug Task Force Agents and the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit took Mr. Blades into custody on Parker Ave in the City of Poughkeepsie. Mr. Blades was charged with the following offenses:
(2) Counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree a Class B Felony.
Mr. Blades was later arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded into the custody of the Dutchess County Jail with no bail. Mr. Blades is facing several additional charges related to this investigation.
