Millerton Man Charged with Felony DWI with Child in Car

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Roman I. Xo-ical, age 33 of Millerton, on 3/19/25 at approximately 11:35 pm for driving while intoxicated subsequent to a traffic stop in the Village of Millerton. 

On the above date and time Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle on N. Elm St in Millerton for traffic violations, at which time Mr. Xo-ical was identified as the operator and was further observed to be accompanied by a child passenger. Through further interview and investigation Mr. Xo-ical was taken into custody at the scene for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and transported for processing. 

At this time Mr. Xo-ical has been charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated (conviction within last 10 years), felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (DWI with child in the vehicle), and several traffic violations. After being processed he was released on appearance tickets and is due to appear before the Town of Northeast Court on 4/8/25. 

As with any criminal case the charges described above are merely accusations and Mr. Xo-ical is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
