Services for Sheriff Anderson finalized

Undersheriff Kirk Imperati and the men and women of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office announce that the funeral arrangements for Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson have been finalized, and are under the care of the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home in Poughkeepsie. Sheriff Anderson’s visitation has been set for Tuesday October 5, 2021 and his funeral for Wednesday October 6, 2021. Due to the large number of attendees expected, combined with the ceremonial procedures taking place, traffic delays should be expected in the Hooker Avenue, Market Street, and Arterial areas of Poughkeepsie both Tuesday and Wednesday.
