Three Incarcerated Individuals Charged in Separate Incidents

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of the below individuals in connection with separate incidents at the Dutchess County Jail. All three were incarcerated at the jail at the time the incidents and arrests, and remain there at the time of this writing.

Isaiah Walker, age 38 of Yonkers, was arrested on 11/29/23 and is accused of violating an Order of Protection by contacting a protected party via phone calls. Mr. Walker has been charged with aggravated family offense (felony) and criminal contempt 2nd degree (misd), and is due to appear before the City of Poughkeepsie Court for arraignment on 12/5/23.

Adena Isaac, age 22 of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on 11/29/23 and is accused of violating an Order of Protection by contacting a protected party via phone calls. Ms. Isaac has been charged with aggravated family offense (felony) and criminal contempt 2nd degree (misd), and is due to appear before the City of Poughkeepsie Court for arraignment on 12/13/23.

Mark Supple, age 45 of East Fishkill, was arrested on 11/29/23 and is accused of violating an Order of Protection by contacting and threatening a protected party via phone calls. Mr. Supple has been charged with criminal contempt 1st degree (felony), aggravated family offense (felony), and aggravated harassment 2nd degree (misd). He is due to appear before the City of Poughkeepsie Court for arraignment on 12/11/23.

As with any criminal case the charges described above are merely accusations and all three defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
