Two incarcerated individuals charged with violating court orders

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of the below individuals in connection with separate incidents at the Dutchess County Jail. Both were incarcerated at the jail at the time of the incidents and arrests and remain there at the time of this writing.

• Patrick White, age 37 of Poughkeepsie.
• William Green, age 48 of Poughkeepsie

Mr. White and Mr. Green have both been charged with aggravated family offense (felony) and criminal contempt 2^nd (misd) and are accused of violating orders of protection by calling protected parties. Both were arrested on 12/21/23 and are due to appear before the City of Poughkeepsie Court on 12/28/23 for arraignment.

As with any criminal case, the charges described above are merely accusations, and both Mr. White and Mr. Green are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
