On January 23, 2014 Dutchess County Deputy Sheriffs arrested Bonnie J. Howell (D.O.B. 10/05/1980), and Kerian L. McDermott (D.O.B. 04/03/1977) both of New Milford Ct. for drug related charges. The subjects were stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed Howell to be in possession of twenty bags of heroin, and to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. McDermott was found to be in possession of a hypodermic instrument. Howell was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. McDermott was charged with Possession of a hypodermic instrument. Both subjects are to appear in the Town of Dover Justice Court on February 13, 2014.
