The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation into a two-car fatal crash which occurred on State Route 22 near Irondale Road in the Town of North East at approximately 1:15 pm on 10/7/17.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Village of Millerton Police, the Millerton Fire Department, Northern Dutchess Paramedics, and the Copake Community Rescue Squad. At this time no charges have been filed, the investigation is continuing by members of the Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Unit, and more information may be released as it becomes available.
