The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office announces that the graduation ceremony of the 20th Session of the Dutchess County Law Enforcement Academy Basic Course for Police Officers is scheduled for Friday, May 19, 2017 at 10:00am at Dutchess Community College. The ceremony will be held in the Theater (auditorium) located in Dutchess Hall.
Dutchess County Sheriff Adrian “Butch” Anderson will serve as the commencement speaker for the graduation. A total of twenty-one police officers will graduate that day from various agencies including the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, City of Beacon Police, Town of Poughkeepsie Police, Town of Pine Plains Police, Town of Lloyd Police and Village of Wappingers Falls Police.
