The Dutchess County Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act (WIOA) Youth Program, is run by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. This year-round program offers services to youth with barriers between 14 and 24 years of age. The purpose of the WIOA youth program is to help eligible youth achieve employment success.
