The Department of Community and Family Services (DCFS) invites residents to share their input at its public hearing to discuss the County’s 2024-2029 Child and Family Services Plan. The forum, which is open and free to the public, will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at the Department of Mental Health (DMH) Training Room, accessible through Entrance 1 of DMH’s 230 North Road campus in Poughkeepsie. Registration is not necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
This forum will offer residents the opportunity to share their experiences and give input to DCFS on the three topics contained within Dutchess County’s 2024-2029 Child and Family Services Plan:
The Department will welcome comments on all other services after those speaking during the allotted times have been heard.
Simultaneous American Sign Language interpreters will be available at the forums.
