• Website redesign and hosting for municipalities (City of Beacon, Town of East Fishkill, Town of LaGrange, Town of Wappinger) and the Arlington Fire District
• Procurement contract support for municipalities

Enhance digital government services

• ThinkDIFFERENTLY website launched
• Parks Reservations service redesigned for improved ease of use
• Enterprise Content Management system to scan and digitize records
• Office 365 cloud-based email and office productivity suite rollout
• County website redesign to improve accessibility and citizen engagement

Ensure security-focused delivery 

• Cybersecurity tools and training to protect infrastructure and data 
• Disaster recovery solution for faster, more secure data recovery 

Establish governance

• Create county-wide policies to enable our workforce to use technology as efficiently and securely as possible.
• Manage County IT projects to add value to County operations and services, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope.
