County Executive Molinaro said, “We are blessed with a dedicated and committed county workforce.    As we continue to face difficult fiscal realities that include a multi-million dollar budget gap; all of us in Dutchess County Government must be committed to the core principles of Focus, Inclusion, Logic and Fairness. The innovative input and ideas from our key stakeholder, particularly our county employees, will be more important than ever to help us protect the programs and services our residents value and our employees deliver so well.”

“Today’s meeting was an excellent opportunity to discuss the challenges that the County is facing.  It is important step in working together to find solutions for the County and its employees,” said Ms. Piraino.
