POUGHKEEPSIE, NY ... Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino today announced the County will once again host three Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling events in 2026, including a collection event at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck for a second straight year.
Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino said, “Keeping our community clean and safe is something we all share responsibility for. Our annual events make it easier for our neighbors to properly dispose of materials that can’t go in the regular trash. By offering convenient opportunities throughout the year, including our return to northern Dutchess in September, we’re helping protect our environment while giving our neighbors a simple way to do the right thing.”
