CHAIRMAN PULVER APPOINTS ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN

Poughkeepsie, NY – Chairman Gregg Pulver is pleased to announce the hiring of Nicholas Joseph as the Assistant to the Chairman.

“Nicholas is bringing a wealth of knowledge of the legislative process and the workings of government to the position,” said Chairman Pulver. “He is the ideal person to work alongside me and each legislator in order to have this body operate in a more productive and efficient manner.”

For the past three years, Joseph has served as a Policy Analyst for Senator Susan Serino, who represents the 41^st Senate District, which encompasses parts of Dutchess and Putnam Counties.

“Having worked for New York State for several years, I am excited to begin a new chapter with local government,” said Joseph. “It has been a rewarding experience to work in government and be in a position to make the State a better place to live and work. Dutchess County has always been my home and I look forward to continuing that work focusing on the county level.”

Joseph has a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and is a graduate of John Jay Senior High School. He will start on January 22, 2018.
