Poughkeepsie… The Dutchess County Mental Hygiene Board will be holding their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 18th at 12:00 p.m. The Board will meet at the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health, Division of Mental Hygiene, located at the Community Mental Health Center, 230 North Road, Poughkeepsie.
