Beacon man sentenced to state prison for possession of child sexual exploitation material

Alfred Tchorznicki was sentenced this morning by Judge McLoughlin to 5-15 years in state prison on his plea to five counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child. The judge sentenced the defendant to 1-3 years prison on each count, with the sentence on each count running consecutively. Mr. Tchorznicki is a former NYS Corrections Officer who lost his job due to his arrest and conviction. The case was investigated by the New York State Police. He will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.
