Incarcerated individuals are permitted to make telephone calls seven (7) days per week from 9:00am to 9:45pm, except during periods of lock-in. All calls may be monitored and/or recorded.
Messages are not and will not be relayed to incarcerated individuals from a staff member on behalf of a caller.
People who have received unwanted collect calls from incarcerated individuals and wish to place a block or remove a block on their telephone may contact ViaPath Customer Service at: 1-877-650-4249.
Tablets are available to all incarcerated individuals who are assigned to Wi-Fi enabled units. These tablets have the capability to make telephone calls, send and receive electronic messages (emails) and more. All incoming mail is subject to inspection for contraband.
Incarcerated individuals are responsible for their own writing and postage items, which can be purchased through the commissary.
Incarcerated individuals without sufficient funds will be provided a limited amount of paper and postage items.
Cash sent via mail, although not recommended, will be accepted and deposited into an incarcerated individual’s account without a service fee. Checks or money orders sent via mail will be returned to the sender per facility’s Rules and Regulations Handbook.
