Our department has developed a new report series entitled Blueprint: An In-Depth Look at Planning Issues. These reports will take a closer look at certain planning topics of interest to local municipalities. They are research-based and provide a longer, more detailed discussion of the given topic, which we hope will further community members’ understanding of these issues.
