Dutchess County and City of Poughkeepsie HOME Investment Partnership Program-2023 Notice of Funding Availability and Public Hearing/Workshop Notice
The Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development (DCDPD), in partnership with the City of Poughkeepsie, is accepting applications from housing non-profit agencies, private developers and interested parties for the 2023 HOME Investment partnership Program (HOME).  The purpose of HOME funds is to assist with the creation of affordable housing throughout the county, with a priority for rental housing. The HOME applications and instructions are available at the HOME Investment Partnership program webpage.  The application deadline is Friday, December 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.  A virtual public hearing/workshop to review the program and application process will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.  The link for the public hearing/workshop is https://tinyurl.com/mwt28tt3.  Persons interested in applying should contact Paul Hesse, Community Development Coordinator, at phesse@dutchessny.gov or (845) 486-3600 after reviewing the application to confirm eligibility.
