Dutchess County and City of Poughkeepsie HOME Investment Partnership Program

The Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development (DCDPD), in partnership with the City of Poughkeepsie, is accepting applications from housing non-profit agencies, private developers and interested parties for the 2026 HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME).  The purpose of HOME funds is to assist with the creation of affordable housing throughout the county, with a priority for rental housing.  The HOME instructions are available in the application materials below. The application deadline is February 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.  A virtual public hearing/workshop to review the program and application process will be held on January 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.  The link for the public hearing/workshop is https://bit.ly/3YP0pci.  Persons interested in applying should contact Paul Hesse, Community Development Coordinator, at phesse@dutchessny.gov or (845) 486-3600 after reviewing the application to confirm eligibility.
