Lost and Found is located at the Customer Service Center at Dutchess County Public Transit - 14 Commerce Street, Poughkeepsie NY 12603.
If you've lost something on one of our buses, please call Customer Service at (845) 473-8424, 7AM to 6PM on weekdays, except holidays. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as day and time of travel, bus number, route number, direction of travel, and a description of the lost item. If calling after hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the lost item and you will receive a call back when the Customer Service Center reopens.
Lost and Found items will be kept for 30 days. Perishable items will be discarded immediately.
