Dutchess County has formulated its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) assisted projects for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2025. The County's proposed overall DBE participation goal for FFY 2022-2025 is 0.1% of the Federal financial assistance it will expend in FTA/USDOT-assisted contracts, exclusive of FTA funds to be used for the purchase of transit vehicles.
Dutchess County will hold a meeting to discuss the proposed DBE goals on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 between 3pm - 5pm at the Public Transit Facility, 14 Commerce Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. If you are unable to attend please feel free to email any comments to Amanda Sammon, Assistant Director of Public Transit at asammon@dutchessny.gov by 5pm on August 9th.
