Child Support Collection

Our goal is to ensure that legally responsible persons, to the best of their ability, contribute toward the support of their children until they are 21 years of age, thus improving the self-sufficiency of families through increased financial and medical support.

To learn more about child support collection: 

• Call the New York State helpline at 1-888-208-4485; you can also learn how to establish paternity by visiting Paternity Establishment.
• File a support petition on the Custodial Parent Services page on ChildSupport.NY.gov
• Or if you are a non-custodial parent visit ChildSupport.NY.gov
• Our office is currently accepting payments in-person including credit card payments. 
• Credit card payments can also be made online.  Click MAKE A PAYMENT for this option.
