No person who currently has Medicaid coverage will lose their coverage during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you get a notice telling you that your Medicaid is discontinued after March 18, 2020, your coverage will be reinstated so there is no gap in coverage. Please contact New York State of Health at 1-855-355-5777 with any questions.
Please mail in your checks, money orders, or bills and receipts for your spend-down. Remember we need original receipts. Include your full name, case number, Client ID number, best phone number and if making a payment indicate which months are being paid.
New York State Medicaid program is administered and funded by New York State and the federal government. You can apply through the New York State of Health Marketplace or locally through the Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services.

Note: Medicaid coverage is available, regardless of alien status, if you are pregnant or require treatment for an emergency medical condition and you meet all other Medicaid eligibility requirements.
