Contact and Non-Contact Visit Dress Code

GENERAL

  • No orange clothing or clothing that resembles incarcerated individual’s clothing
  • No clothing exposing any portion of the breast or stomach
  • No layered clothing
  • No outerwear (seasonal jackets)
  • No hats
  • No ripped and / or torn clothing
  • No hooded clothing
  • No see-through garments
  • No underwire bra

SHIRTS

  • No tube tops
  • No sleeveless shirts or tank tops
  • No half shirts or crop tops that exposes any portion of the stomach

BOTTOMS

  • No skirts or shorts with a hemline that exceeds three (3) inches above the knee
  • No “bib” style jeans or button fly jeans
  • No belts

JEWELRY

  • No jewelry (except wedding band and/or religious medallion no larger than two (2) inches with a chain)
  • No piercings

FOOTWEAR

  • No shoes containing metal supports (i.e. steel toe boots)
  • No footwear above the ankle
  • No open toe shoes (sneakers are strongly recommended)

OTHER RESTRICTED ITEMS:

  • No gum or candy
  • hair accessories (i.e. plastic or metal barrettes, bobby pins, etc.)
  • headgear (except religious headgear, which will be subject to search)
  • No clothing, footwear or unauthorized items as determined by uniform staff to be a security risk, will be permitted in the facility.
