The Agency Partner Grant (APG) Program is a grant program for Dutchess County non-profit organizations with a 501(c)(3) designation. Funding is awarded to organizations on a competitive basis based on their ability to demonstrate they can fulfill an unmet community need.
Traditional APG Program
Funding is awarded on a biennial basis unless additional funds become available. Therefore, programs funded in even years, will be renewed in odd years if meeting the program objectives.
APG: Infrastructure Program
Funding is used to support 501(c)(3) nonprofit infrastructure initiatives.

Learn, Play, Create Grant
To address the negative economic impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency on youth, Dutchess County is investing in youth-serving organizations that align with one or more of the County's Path to Promise Domains (Learning, Material Basics, Safety, Family/Social Relationships, Mental Health, and Physical Health). The intent of the grant funding is to enhace and empower opportunities for youth to learn, play, and create while filling an educational, financial, social, and/or emotional void as a result of the quarantine and stay-at-home orders necessitated by COVID-19.
In 2022, there are two rounds of Learn, Play, Create (LPC) funding awards. The 2022 LPC Round 2 grant application is expected to be released on July 6th. Please refer to the Application Instructions & Guidance for more information, as well as a list of eligible applicants and expenses. Applications must be submitted through the Dutchess County Grant Portal.
