Use the Application for Public Access to Records (.pdf) to gain access to information using the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). Include a description of the records you are looking for that the Department of Public Works keeps or maintains as well as the time-period being requested.

The applicant will be notified within five (5) days of the receipt of his/her request and an estimate of how long it will take to obtain the information and any costs associated with the request.

Complete and submit the Highway Work Permit Application (.pdf) to work on County highways specifically whenever work is being performed within the County right-of-way (i.e. driveway paving, installing a fence, etc.).
Once the application is completed and returned, with required fees, an inspector will evaluate the jobsite and determine the amount of security deposit required. Dutchess County Parks offers a variety of educational programs throughout the year. Our programs provide children and adults an opportunity to experience, share and have hands on learning time within our parks. Our programs focus on various aspects of environmental awareness, prehistoric Native American culture, and survival skills. Our goal is to give youth and adults a deeper understanding and appreciation of nature within a fun and entertaining park atmosphere. We also try to instill a sense of personal responsibility and teamwork during each program offered. We hope you join us for some of our programs throughout the year.

The Dutchess County Park Reservations System allows you to reserve certain sites at county parks in Dutchess County, and register for programs offered at our Parks.
You may also view current or past reservations, pay for a reservation, or print documents related to your reservation.
