Each year, the County Executive lays out a vision for Dutchess County Government for the year ahead. The annual address is generally held in the first quarter of the year.
In accordance with the Dutchess County Charter, the County Executive also annually provides the County Legislature a written Annual Report of the finances of the County and the activities of the executive branch of the County government on or before the first day of February.
